Cathedral of San Juan
One of the oldest buildings in Old San Juan, the beautiful Cathedral of San Juan Bautista is the Roman Catholic cathedral and the second oldest in the Americas. Built in 1521, the graceful cathedral features beautiful statues and relics, stained glass windows, the mummy of St. Pio and the tomb of the Spanish explorer and settlement founder Juan Ponce de León. Cathedral of San Juan is a historic landmark in the heart of the old city.
