Plaza Colon

Located in the heart of the city of Mayagüez, Plaza Colón is a little slice Puerto Rico culture and history. Named after Admiral Christopher Columbus, the Plaza is a relaxing spot with fountains, statues, art exhibits, street music, nearby pubs and vendors with ice cream, coffee, smoothies, sandwiches and local favorites. If you are visiting Puerto Rico during the Christmas season, Plaza Colón is full of colored lights, festive people and street shows.
