Camuy River Cave Park

Just about an hour outside of Old San Juan, Camuy River Cave Park is the perfect day trip to explore one of the most amazing natural attractions in Puerto Rico. The third largest cave system in the world, Camuy Caves are beautifully illuminated caverns with stunning stalagmites and stalactites that make for incredible photos. Take a guided tour that includes insights from biologists and park rangers leading each group.

  • How big is the cave system?

    This giant limestone cave is the 3rd largest underground cave system in the world with 10 miles of caverns and 220 caves. The park spans over 300 acres of hills and peaks.
  • What should I bring with me when I visit?

    The caves can get chilly, so bring a jacket, wear comfortable walking shoes and don’t forget your camera to snap amazing photos of this natural treasure.
